1. License & Fair-Code Terms
The MemHouse Core engine is licensed under open-source and Fair-Code terms. The standalone repository permits free self-hosted evaluation, non-commercial research, and testing up to designated volume limits. Managed Cloud and Enterprise VPC deployments are governed by enterprise subscription agreements.
2. Open Beta & Non-Production Notice
MemHouse v0.4 is operating in Open Beta and is currently not production ready. It is intended for developer testing, evaluation, and experimental integrations in non-critical workflows, LangGraph checkpointers, OpenClaw integrations, and CrewAI agent swarms. While in Open Beta, APIs and schemas may evolve.
3. Acceptable Use & Swarm Governance
You agree not to utilize MemHouse to store, index, or govern facts intended for unlawful, deceptive, or malicious activity. The user remains solely responsible for configuring Gate A/B quality thresholds and human-in-the-loop Held state verification for autonomous agents operating in regulated domains.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MemHouse Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from autonomous agent actions taken based on extracted memory facts, provided the engine executed according to user-configured gate parameters.
